Yin Yoga Wisdom Coaching Course
Yin Yoga Wisdom Coaching Course
“Working at a desk all day long and with little social interaction (obviously) I welcome Sue's yoga sessions as a way of staying supple, easing neck and shoulder tension and also calming my mind. I feel like it's a link to the outside world and would thoroughly recommend these classes to anyone, whatever level you're at.
I've been doing yoga for 15 years and still find I'm learning from Sue. The Yin Yoga is particularly good for easing out old injuries and aches and pains.”
Katie, Paris
