An ideal course for beginners including one to one yoga instruction over six weeks online plus access to recorded videos and support materials.
WHY DO THIS YOGA COURSE?
This six week one to one course goes through different aspects of yoga to beginners designed bespoke to your needs. Yoga is a great way to calm the body and the mind. There are 8 limbs to yoga and this course covers each one in detail each week. By the end of the course, you will have a good understanding of what yoga is and be able to select the best type of yoga for you. Ideal for beginners to yoga and not knowing what class or type of yoga to choose.
