COURSE DESCRIPTION

This laughter yoga course will give you insights into laughter and the science behind it. It involves several one-to-one coaching sessions to understand how you relate to laughter as well as access to recorded laughter yoga sessions to practice. It is bespoke to you and by the end of the course you will have a clear understanding of the benefits of laughter and how to increase joy into your life. WHY TO LAUGH?

Laughter yoga is not about doing a downward dog and laughing, it is about being playful and allowing yourself to laugh for no reason.Children laugh at least 200 times a day whereas adults are only laughing 10 times a day! Research has shown that laughter can uplift your mood, build resilience and increase your happiness levels.

After the four weeks you will know the basics of laughter yoga and how to practice with others. You will understand what types of laughter exercises involved and how to run a laughter yoga session for friends and family.

This will enable you to join the laughter yoga group session each week and give you the opportunity to led a session online.

WHAT DOES THE COST INCLUDE?

  • Goal setting and measurement of outcomes after the course

  • Access to recorded laughter yoga sessions to practice

  • Access to Laughter Yoga Group sessions every Thursday at 5.30pm (UK Time)

  • 4 x Weekly 30 one to one minute coaching online sessions including laughter yoga instruction, techniques and a chance to ask questions related to your own relationship with laughter.

  • Practice exercises to do between each session

  • Access to support materials
