COURSE DESCRIPTION
Sleep is our opportunity to rest and heal the body to recharge for the next day ahead so it is important that we get a deep sleep so this course goes into the science behind sleep. It also includes one-to-one coaching sessions to understand your current sleep patterns and explores way to change things to improve your sleep. It is bespoke to you and by the end of the course you will have a clear understanding of your sleep patterns and what you can do to enhance your wellbeing.
WHY TO BE MINDFUL OF SLEEP?
Sleep is an essential function that allows your body and mind to recharge, leaving you refreshed and alert when you wake up. Healthy sleep also helps the body remain healthy and stave off diseases. Without enough sleep, the brain cannot function properly. Therefore, it is important to be mindful of our sleep patterns as this could be affecting how you are responding to events. After the four weeks you will know the basic science of sleep, understand sleep hygiene and be able to improve your sleep on your own. You will also learn what yoga postures can help with sleep too.
