COURSE DESCRIPTION
Relationships are our life so why not to be mindful of them. If we improve the quality of our relationships we are improving the quality of our lives. This course explores what the purpose of relationships are, what healthy relationships are and what toxic ones are. It also includes elements from Non Violent Communication and how to set boundaries for your own protection within relationships.
WHY TO BE MINDFUL OF RELATIONSHIPS?
Most of our suffering or discontentment in life comes from interpersonal relationships. Therefore, from the relationship with ourselves to all of our other relationships, these form the basis of our experience on planet earth. When we are mindful of them, it can help us become aware of what we need to do to improve them so everyone benefits to provide harmony.

Access to Mindful Monday LIVE clasess on Mondays at 8pm (UK Time)
4 x Weekly 30 one to one minute online sessions including what healthy relationships are, how to set boundaries and how to overcome toxic relationships. It will also explore the issues around your current relationships and what you want to change.
