COURSE DESCRIPTION
Money is something we use day in day out, but have you ever reflect on what it is actually is? With the current change in the economy that will affect us all, maybe it is time to find out. This course includes one-to-one online coaching sessions to explores your relationship with money, how to spend it mindfully and hot to harmonise your flow. Mindful spending is lifestyle-based money management.
WHY TO BE MINDFUL OF MONEY?
Being mindful of your money is a form of conscious spending or intentional spending. It brings awareness of how you think, feel, and act with money for all spending. Mindful spending uses your emotions to create sustainable, satisfying money management.

2 x Weekly 30 one to one minute online coaching sessions to explore spending and saving habits. It will also explore the issues around your current relationship with money and what you want to change.
