COURSE DESCRIPTION

This meditation course will give you more than the basics of how to meditate, it includes one-to-one coaching with a mindfulness teacher so you can really understand your own practice. It is bespoke to you and by the end of the course you will have a clear understanding of where mindfulness came from. WHY MEDITATION?

Meditation means different things to different people and this course will give you the basics of meditation and enable you to be confident to join a group meditation class. When we sit with our mind we start to understand the nature of it. It is a kind of mind training and we can start to see how busy we are inside. After the four weeks you will know the basics of meditation and how to practice. This four week course gives you an introduction to meditation, what it is and what it is not. You will understand what types of meditation there are and how to prepare yourself for meditation.

This will enable you to join the mindfulness course to learn further about how mindfulness works.

WHAT DOES THE COST INCLUDE?

  • Goal setting and measurement of outcomes after the course

  • Access to daily LIVE guided meditations from Mondays to Fridays at 8am (UK time) to practice

  • Access to Mindful Monday LIVE clasess on Mondays at 8pm (UK Time)

  • 4 x Weekly 30 minute group online sessions including meditation instruction, techniques and a chance to ask questions related to your practice.

  • Practice exercises to do between each session

  • Access to support materials
