Mindful Driving Coaching Course
Mindful Driving Coaching Course
"Great way to take a reflection on my driving skills and how to improve them. At first I thought how can you meditate while driving - is it safe? Then through the coaching sessions, I realised that mindfulness is not just about meditation closing the eyes escaping from reality but more about being focused in the present moment.”
